LINDEMANN ZZ Shredder
The biggest and most powerful LINDEMANN shredder.
Designed and developed for cost-efficient processing of a wide range of metal scrap types. Often used in scrap yards and metal recycling applications, the ZZ Series shredders are known for high throughput capacities and low energy requirements. Fitted with up to 10,000 HP, the LINDEMANN ZZ manages a throughput of up to 460 tons an hour.
Lindeman ZZ shredders reduce metal waste to clean, dense and small pieces of shredded scrap. They can process both ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as white goods, household appliances, sorted light scrap, pre-cut end-of-life vehicles (EVLs), and entire ELVs.
LINDEMANN EtaRip Pre-Shredder
The LINDEMANN EtaRip Pre-shredder has many advantages.
The application of this pre-shredder greatly reduces the risks of deflagration in the car shredder. This is done by tearing the material apart slowly instead of with high-speed impact. Its efficient pre-processing ensures that the main shredder can operate with high availability and optimized performance, evenly loaded and with significantly reduced accumulated wear compared to a facility that runs without a pre-shredder. Consequently, the EtaRip ensures optimal shredder utilization.

New press wing shear with 400-bar technology
A separate hydraulic system with impressive 400-bar technology ensures consistently high performance. Smart sensors – including wear-free linear sensors in all cylinders and a protected laser sensor in the pusher cylinder – enable precise control, maximum operational safety, and minimal downtime. Low-wear guide components, a robust forged cutting table, and the press wings’ sophisticated overstroke mechanism help reduce wear effectively – even under high loads and fluctuating material flows. Selectable cutting modes adapt to different types of materials, enabling fast and clean cuts with short cycle times. The synchronized pusher cover protects sensitive components, while remote maintenance and Industry 4.0 connectivity via myLindemann provide full transparency and control – in real time and from anywhere.
LINDEMANN NxtCut Scrap Metal Shear
Next generation of side compression midsize shears
The three-dimensional charge box of the NxtCut with side ram, lid, and pusher easily processes light to medium-heavy scrap with its overstroke function. The design features of the shear frame, such as the generously dimensioned and easy-to-adjust guide rails and a robust blade table, provide optimum load absorption during cutting. This provides maximum protection for the structure of the NxtCut shear frame and reduces maintenance costs accordingly.
